    Every dish is home-made, with fresh seasonal ingredients selected from local producers whenever possible.

    The herbs and vegetables come directly from the Locanda's small garden and enrich the recipes with authentic notes and natural flavours.

    The philosophy of the kitchen is based on naturalness, simplicity and respect: for the ingredients, the slow cooking times, the skills that are passed down from generation to generation.

    The flavours tell of tradition, but are also in dialogue with the world: vegetarian dishes and global influences coexist harmoniously. Natural, artisanal fermentations give the dishes depth and lightness, in a balance that combines ancient knowledge and a contemporary perspective.
